The online shopping system used on this website is a PayPal verified shopping cart integrated with PayPal‘s secure online payments system.

Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep everything on our Online Shop in stock so we can supply your order ASAP. If we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you by email to advise you of the next availability or of a suitable alternative or we will refund your payment as last option. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 days of receipt of order. (Or contact will be made with you).

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax).

Need to return an item?
E-mail: info@wildfirespinsthegold.com detailing the item to be returned and reasons for requesting such return. Please supply a business hours contact phone number. For your convenience and to assist us in processing your return efficiently, we will e-mail current return postage details.

You may return:

  • All goods supplied and found to be faulty on receipt – within 7 days of receipt.
    (Replacement of these goods for same or their equivalent, a credit or full refund will be at the discretion of Logical Distribution Pty. Ltd.)
  • Specific goods sold with a listed warranty and found to be faulty and returned during the warranty period.
  • Goods supplied incorrectly by Wild Fire Spins The Gold Marketing or its appointed distributors.

New goods have to be returned in original condition as shipped including being returned with complete original packaging and accessories. Goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return.

In addition, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Damaged Goods
Please check all items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Damaged goods must be advised by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.

Posting the Return
Please state your name and address, original order reference (ID) and details of the item you are returning and enclose this in the package. Then please send returns to the following address:

Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We also recommend that you send the goods via an insured service.

All refunds, less the delivery cost, will be credited to the original payment debit/credit card after we have received and inspected the returned item. A refund should be credited back to your card within 7 days of our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 days.
